Delete Your KeySeek Account

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email address, password).
• Your player profile (gender, birthday, country, state, city, avatar).
• All gameplay data: quiz sessions, answers, scores, streaks.
• All badges and Ask Mary credits earned.
• Your leaderboard entries and score history.
• Connected social login identifiers (Google, Facebook, Apple).
• Authentication tokens and active sessions.

What we may retain

• Anonymized audit logs required for security and fraud prevention, retained for up to 90 days.
• Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (e.g., total number of quiz rounds played across all users).

How to request deletion

Use the form below. You must provide the email address and password you use to sign in to the KeySeek mobile app. The request is processed immediately — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you signed up exclusively via Google, Facebook, or Apple and do not remember setting a password, email info@themdm.org from the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion manually within 30 days.
